Ordered Membrane Electrode Imprinted Base Membrane

The ordered membrane electrode imprinted base membrane, which is imprinted with independently developed nanoimprint adhesive, is a new type of nanoimprint product. It can replace the AAO template to imprint ordered perfluorosulfonic acid resin membranes or catalyst layers, and there is no need to remove the template after transfer printing. The microstructure can be adjusted according to requirements. This base membrane can be used to prepare the third-generation ordered membrane electrodes, improving the stability of the membrane electrodes, catalyst utilization rate and mass transfer speed, and ultimately enhancing the performance of the overall device and reducing costs.
